I spent the better part of an afternoon last week with Charlee, her husband Marc, and my Jake. We made the gorgeous drive out to Girdwood and hiked for a bit, stopping along the way for the amazing scenery. It is so surreal out there, and the light was literally disappearing behind the mountains across the way from us, offering up drastic differences in light depending on our spot in the woods. I saw everything from perfect golden light, bold harsh sun, and dusky coolness. My legs are still sore from crawling/hiking/jumping/squatting around to get these images.
